Ty Manteuffel

Ty Manteuffel is a Realtime Generalist with the Advanced Development Group at DNEG, specializing in the integration of real-time technology within VFX pipelines and the creation of high-fidelity environments for film and television. His work focuses on the  adoption of Unreal Engine across global initiatives, implementing best practices, and establishing efficient and collaborative workflows across diverse studio environments. His credits at DNEG, include "The Time Bandits," "For All Mankind," "The Last Frontier," and "The Eternaut." 


His work at Crafty Apes VFX (where he was involved in the integration of Unreal Engine into the pipelines of productions) includes  "Anne Rice's Mayfair Witches," "Before the Beard, Before the Belly," as well as "Perry Mason," "80 for Brady," and "The Creator." 


Ty earned a B.A. in Studio Art with a Minor in Technology, Art and Media from the University of Colorado. He also has a Certificate in Digital Production with a focus on Texturing and Modeling from Gnomon School of Visual Effects, Games + Animation.
