Rob Au

Rob Au is FX Artist  at ARC Creative. He co-founded the production companies, Eventide Creative and Lone Mountain Studios. In his current role as Visual Effects Supervisor for the LDS Motion Picture Studio’s post-production department, he heads a studio of about 20-30 artists. Rob has also worked at Rhythm & Hues, Pixomondo, Electronic Arts, and Method Studios.


As an FX artist, Rob worked on the family film, A Dog's Way Home. His VFX credits include Lighting Supervisor on Big Miracle and Environment Look Development Lead for Hop, The Golden Compass, The A-Team, The Mummy 3, and Alvin and the Chipmunks: the Squeakquel.


While studying film at Brigham Young University, three of his student films won  College Television Awards, and a fourth was an official selection of the 2007 Sundance Film Festival.
